Welcome to Autoretech's Dealership Pro! By subscribing to and using our platform (the "Platform"), you agree to bebound by these terms and conditions ("Terms"), which govern your access to and use of the Platform. If you do notagree to these Terms, please do not subscribe or use the Platform.
1. Subscription
By subscribing to the Platform, you agree to pay the applicable monthly subscription fee for the selected plan (Starter,Pro, or Enterprise), as outlined on our website at the time of subscription. You agree to provide accurate billing andcontact information and to update such information promptly if it changes.
2. Use of the Platform
You may use the Platform solely for your internal business purposes. You agree not to use the Platform for any illegal,harmful, or unauthorized activities and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible forall content and data you input, upload, or share through the Platform.
3. Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its features, content, and underlying technology, is owned by Autoretech Inc. and is protected byapplicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform withoutprior written consent from Autoretech.
4. Data Privacy & PIPEDA Compliance
Autoretech Inc. is committed to protecting your personal information in compliance with the Personal InformationProtection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and other applicable privacy laws in Canada.
We collect and process personal data (such as names, contact details, usage activity, and customer interaction data)only for the purposes of providing and improving our services. We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal informationto third parties.

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination, your access to thePlatform will end immediately, and your data will be processed according to our retention policy.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
The Platform is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability,fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free,uninterrupted, or fully secure.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Autoretech Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special,consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
11. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Autoretech Inc. regardinguse of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, written or oral.
